Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

  1. Manuscripts should be written in English.
  2. The authors who are not native speakers of English need to seek the assistance of a native speaker to proofread their articles before submitting them to the committee, or can contact our partners in language speakers https://penranslate.id .
  3. Manuscripts submitted must be original scientific writings and do not contain elements of plagiarism.
  4. Submitted manuscripts have not been published elsewhere. The manuscripts are also not under consideration in any publishers.
  5. The length of the manuscripts including foornotes are around 8000-10.000 words.
  6. Manuscripts are written on A4 paper with normal margins, Bookman Old Style font, spaces and written in standard and correct grammatical language, download the article templates to avoid mistakes in writing in our journal.
  7. Main headings, sub-headings, and sub-sub-headings of the article should be numbered in the manuscript with the following example :

  8. The following is the structure of the journal :
  1. Title
    • The title of the manuscript must be specific and concise, no more than 10 words, the title must describe the problem and the content of the article comprehensively.
    • It is typed by using Bookman Old Style 14, alignment: center text, upper case.
  2. Identity
    • The identity covers the author’s name, affiliation and institutional address, and the e-mail address.
  3. Abstract
    • The abstract should be written vividly, full and complete which describes the essence of the content of the whole writing in one paragraph.
    • Font: Bookman Old Style, font size: 12, alignment: justify. Space: 1, Margin: Normal.
    • Total words: No more than 200-250 words.
  4. Keywords
    • Preceded by the word “Keyword” in bold and italic style (Keywords).
    • Font: Bookman Old Style, font size: 12, font style: italic, alignment: justify, lower case.
    • Selected keywords have to denote the concept of the article in 3-5 terms (horos).
  5. Body
    • The body of the manuscript should cover introduction, method, analysis and discussion, and conclusion.
    1. INTRODUCTION: It presents a clear information concerning the issue that will be discussed in the manuscript. The background of the article is presented in this section. The end of the introduction should be finished by stating the signification and the objective/aim of the article.
    2. METHOD: It is an optional section for articles which are based research.
    3. ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION: Analysis and discussion are presented continuously. It provides the elaboration of the result of your article.
    4. CONCLUSION: This section is the most important section of your article. It cotains the overall explanation of your article. It should be clear and concise.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
