About the Journal

Imperium Law Review (ILR) is a periodical scholarly journal that is peer-reviewed with a double-blind peer review system and implements an open access policy. This journal is published by CV. Amos Cipta Ilmu in collaboration with the Association of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law Lecturers (APHTN-HAN).

 

Imperium Law Review is published as a platform for disseminating research findings and academic thoughts in the fields of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. This journal aims to encourage the development of public law scholarship that is responsive to constitutional dynamics, government administration, and the development of regulations and public policies at both national and international levels. As a scholarly journal that upholds academic integrity, every submitted manuscript will undergo editorial screening and independent peer review through a double-blind peer review mechanism to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of each published article.

 

Imperium Law Review facilitates the publication of articles including normative and empirical legal research, conceptual studies, court decision analyses, as well as policy reviews that contribute to strengthening a democratic, transparent, and just constitutional system. This journal is open to academics, researchers, legal practitioners, judges, advocates, government officials, policy makers, and postgraduate students who have an interest in public law issues.
