Open Access Policy
Journal IMPERIUM LAW REVIEW implements a full Open Access policy, which means that all articles published are immediately available, free of charge, and without financial barriers for readers worldwide. All journal content can be accessed online without requiring subscription fees, registration, or embargo periods. This policy is based on the principle that providing open access to scholarly research results will encourage wider global knowledge exchange, increase article visibility and citations, and strengthen the dissemination of public law scholarship both nationally and internationally.
Journal IMPERIUM LAW REVIEW supports the principles stated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), the Berlin Declaration on Open Access, and the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing. Within this framework, peer-reviewed scholarly literature should be freely available without price barriers and may be reused provided that proper attribution is given to the original source.
All articles in this journal are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, adapt, and reuse the published material, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and Journal IMPERIUM LAW REVIEW, a link to the license is included, and any changes made to the original work are indicated. Reuse of the article does not imply endorsement by the author(s) or the journal of the derivative work.
In line with the Green Open Access model, Journal IMPERIUM LAW REVIEW also permits authors to conduct self-archiving of their article versions, including the preprint, accepted manuscript, and the final published version (version of record), in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, provided that the official DOI and a link to the published version on the journal’s website are included. No embargo period is applied to such archiving. Through this policy, Journal IMPERIUM LAW REVIEW is committed to supporting the openness of scientific knowledge, enhancing public access to studies in constitutional law and administrative law, and strengthening the journal’s position within national and international scholarly publishing standards.
